U3 soccer is an introductory soccer program for toddlers around the age of two. It focuses on basic movements, play-based learning, and parent/caregiver involvement. Safety and social interaction are priorities, and there are no formal rules or competitions. Through fun games, and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer. Sessions tend to run approx. 30 min.

U4 soccer

U5 & U6 (Ages 4-5)

“Teamwork, fun, and their very first games!”

Our U5/U6 program is where players get their first real game-day experience! Practices focus on the basics- dribbling passing shooting, and working together. All of this is done while also building confidence and friendships. Every week kids get a chance to put those skills into action during fun and friendly games.

Practices: about 45 minutes at least once a week

Games: Typically 8 per season, once a week

Fall- Friday nights, Spring- Saturday mornings.

U7 & U8 (Ages 6-7)

”More skills, more fun, more soccer”

For our U7/U8 players, soccer gets more exciting! Practices are more structured with an emphasis on building stronger skills and learning positions to prepare for future play. Players are introduced to simple strategies and teamwork; while still keeping focus on fun and sportsmanship

Practices: 1-2 times a week

Games: Once a week (7v7)

Fall- Friday evenings, Spring- Saturday mornings
